Health & Human Service Academy

Because Houston Loves You is a 501 (c) 3 Texas non-profit human service corporation. We provide holistic human service that decreases teen pregnancy, health disparities; homelessness; juvenile delinquency; high school dropout; and unemployment.
Because Houston Loves You educators, counselors, case managers, health care professional, public health promoters, and human service administrators provide direct services to teen mothers, welfare recipients, high school dropout; families in crisis, as well as job training and development to Texans who are unskilled or underemployed.
The Health and Human Service Academy promotes healthcare access, integration, & education in an effort to increase the number of Texans who receive quality healthcare and education. HHS utilizes the nexus between education and health to implement holistic human service programs that address disparities in social services that impact the lives of citizens in urban, rural, and suburban communities.
