Financial Education Presenter

The Women's Resource of Greater Houston's volunteers teach free financial education classes at local nonprofits, libraries, businesses, and government agencies throughout Houston. Each class is scheduled to last only one hour, and a variety of locations and times are available. The Women's Resource arranges classes and provides free class materials so volunteers can do what they love - teach financial literacy!

• Basic Presentation Skills: Basic presentation skills are required to teach financial education classes.
• Basic Knowledge of Personal Finance: Volunteer instructors must possess a basic understanding of general personal finance fundamentals, such as budgeting, saving, credit management, credit repair, and keeping a checkbook.
